We are grateful that your family plans to join us for our Foster + Adoptive Family Event: Fall Family Fun Day!

We invite our foster and adoptive families to join us for some fun times outdoors playing games, enjoying some arts and crafts, while singing karaoke with KJIC! This event is hosted in Clear Lake but open to all of our families.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Texas Bar Foundation, the Foster Care Advocacy Center will return to provide the opportunity for parents to attend a one hour training from 11:00-12:00pm on “How to navigate the school system and Star Health”. This training will be presented by a lawyer who specializes in this complex and oftentimes confusing branch of the legal system. There will be volunteers and staff available to care for the kids while you attend the presentation. We encourage all of our foster parents to take advantage of this unique opportunity!
