Mentor & Alternative Care Options
There are different opportunities from being a mentor to providing overnight care to child in foster care! All of the following require a background check and CPR/First Aid Certification.
There are different opportunities from being a mentor to providing overnight care to child in foster care! All of the following require a background check and CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Mentor: Meet with your mentee 2x per month
- Babysitter: Can care for a child in foster care for up to 8 hours [See age requirements]
- Overnight Care Provider: You can care for child in your home for up to 72 hours. [Must be 21 years and older and additional training may be required]
